This painting is sold with an accompanying  Papunya Tula Artists certificate that reads in part: 'This painting depicts the site of Malparingya which is north-west of Kintore. The site, which has many rockholes, was visited in ancient times by a large group of Tingari Men who had travelled from Lake MacKay, camping at various places along the way'.
