Approximately four years after the first 98cc Vespa model MV rolled off the production line in the village of Verghera, the designer of the GIlera 4, Pietro Remor joined MV Agusta. His skills and expertise resulted in many sports versions of standard road bikes. This 175cc 1956 Turismo Lusso (CTSC) is one such motorbike designed by Remor. Indeed so sporty is the MV Agusta 175 with excellent performance and handling that it was more than a match for most British 250cc and 350cc rivals in its heday. This machine is eligible for the Giro Italia and Giro Australia. A most rare machine in completely original condition.
