The trefoil design surmounts are each claw set with variously shaped pink sapphires in round brilliant cut diamond set surrounds, suspending pear and cushion shaped pink sapphire and diamond cluster pendants, the sapphires together weighing approximately 16.85 carats and the diamonds together weighing approximately 6.15 carats, mounted in 18ct white gold.
