The central oval panel enameled in blue with a white border, applied diamond and pearl set heart and ribbon motif, pearl and diamond set outer frame. Locket inset to reverse. Hung on a fine 18ct white gold chain spaced by alternating diamond set filigree sections and seed pearls.
