Condition Report
Largest tureen has an old chip to inner lip of cover. Vegetable tureens - the one cover has a hairline across the width from a chip to lip measuring approx 5cm x 2cm, areas of loss to glaze to underside of cover. Smaller covered tureens on stands - one lid has restoration to lip approx 4cm wide commencing at spoons cavity , one tureen has a very fine hairline to underside of base 2cm long, one stand has a fine hairline from rim 3.5cm, minor crazing. Large meat platter same pattern with slight variance in colour way, not as many colours. Two smaller platters - the smaller platter has a chip to rim and pale crazing cracks to centre. Dinner plates - eight plates have some chips to rims, some have repairs two have hairline cracks. Entree plates - one has flake loss to near rim, fine firing crack and heat related deterioration to cobalt blue at rim. Side Plates - one has fine crazing to centre and a pin head size aperture, one has a firing crack across diameter and a good repair of rim approx 5cm wide and another has repair to rim. Soup bowls - one has blue flake loss near rim, the rim of well on another has paint and glaze wear and small flake losses near rim, one has fading to decoration and wear, Several have small chips to foot rims. Colour variance, loss of gilding, firing marks and very minor losses may not all have benn mentioned individually. Overall condition fair for the age and usage.
