each of rectangular form, the panelled top above a shaped apron on either side carved in the form of a stylised bat with wings outstretched, the moulded ends extending down to form the sides, terminating in incurved C-scrolls, and carved in relief with a scrolling chilong, the wood of dark brown colour

Condition Report
Both with slight surface wear and scratches. One stand with the interior corner edge missing of the side frame on the underside. The other stand with a slight gap between the top panel and the frame on one side and a small crack in one corner where the top panel meets the frame. A slight crack from one edge of the top panel approx 2cm. A small area chipped away on the interior corner edge of the side frame on the underside.
