The dating of this jar is consistent with an Oxford Authentication Thermoluminescence report accompanying the lot.

Condition Report

A small shallow chip to the footrim. Two drilled holes in footrim for test. One side of the body with slight indent from the firing on the lower horizontal bands. The mouth rim with a shallow glaze chip approx 1cm on rim edge. Otherwise generally good condition
