carved in relief with a dragon and phoenix confronted on a flaming pearl around the exterior and a frieze of characters on the interior, all reserved on the textured ground, the cream stone with some black suffusions; together with a soapstone seal surmounted by a double gourd and fan, one side with an inscription, the seal reading Bi Non Yan Bei Sheng Ya, the stone of deep amber tone
