Condition Report
There are paint losses around the edges of every side of this painting due to movement in the frame and friction. There are two small round paint losses approximately 0.5 cm in diameter each at 4 cm from the left edge and 14 cm from the top. There is another small loss 0.5 cm in diameter at 15 cm from the left and 8 - 9 cm from the top. There is a diagonal uneven scratch with very minor paint losses approximately 4 cm long at 14 cm from the top and 6 cm from the right. There are various general dirty stains and surface discolourations throughout the composition and it could benefit from a cleaning by a paintings conservator. There is no apparent evidence of retouching under examination with a UV lamp.
