Condition Report

This painting has undergone conservation treatment and the card of the conservator is attached to the paper covering the back of the artwork. There are fine surface cracks throughout the composition evident under a magnifying glass which are consistent with the age of the artwork and the medium used to create it. There are a few small paint losses approximately 0.5CM each which have been inpainted at the intersection of approximately 22CM from the top edge and 41CM from the right edge. There are a number of areas which appear to have been inpainted under examination with a UV lamp and these are evident at the bottom of the painting in the landscape and in the building and boat at the lower right side of the composition. This type of treatment can also be seen with a UV lamp in the vegetation on the mountains in the forefront of the composition. The artworks appears to be in a stable condition at present.
