Centring an ancient coin depicting a man in profile, bezel-set in a geometric motif surround surmounted with a buff top ruby, completed by a flattened curb link chain, length approximately 430mm, the reverse of the pendant inscribed ROMA-HADRIANVS AVG 117-138, signed Bulgari, Italian maker's mark.
