Condition Report
Lot 34 Pair of Wall Panels: Some surface cracks and shallow nicks/flakes, some hairline cracks around frame edges. Some very small pieces of inlay missing in inscriptions. One panel with the jade fish applique reglued and the flame applique possibly a replacement, a repaired surface chip below the flame applique. The other with the jade parasol applique showing traces of glue, the fish applique a replacement, the Buddhist lion applique possibly a replacement. A shallow chip to the side of the lacquer bell and to the side of the tassle below. Some gaps in the frame joins. - Ann Roberts
