The cylindrical 18ct gold case with applied black enamel all over with white enamel detail, an enamel push piece, opening to reveal a cigarette holder and two closed compartments, one mirrored, suspended from a black and white enamel gold chain and an onyx ring, signed Cartier Paris, length approximately 160mm, enamel deficient.
Accompanied by a Cartier pouch.
