each with an arched crestrail continuing to side posts, centred by a slightly curved splat carved with a shou character in a rectangular recess, with double scroll arms and hardwood seat, on four rounded legs joined by plain beaded aprons and stretchers

Slight gaps to some joins. The central splat of one chair with a small piece missing at the top left corner. Some surface wear.
