comprising one of saucer shape, painted on the interior with waterbirds beside a lotus pond in a barbed medallion on a diaper ground within a frieze of lightly moulded lappet-shaped panels enclosing peach sprigs alternating with precious objects, the other with a central medallion of a bird and insect beside peony flowers within a similar frieze of panels

Condition Report

The larger - a restored area along the rim approx 5 cm and a related restored crack from the rim approx 7 cm. ratty rim with small chips and frits The smaller - an area approx 6 cm repaired on the rim, a chip approx 1 cm on the rim and some firing chips on rim. Some grit adhering over the centre.
