Set to the top with seven collet-set rose-cut diamonds, with a white natural round pearl measuring approximately 7mm on one side and a grey natural round pearl measuring approximately 8mm on the other, mounted in platinum, size 52 (L), French assay mark.

Accompanied by a Laboratoire Français de Gemmologie report numbered 193593, dated 27 October 2010, stating that the two half drilled white and grey pearls are natural, with the grey pearl showing no indication of colour alteration due to silver salts.
