The Heavy Weight Champion Boxer of the World certificate presented to James J. Braddock by the National Boxing Association of America, dated 10th February 1937

During the shooting of Cinderella Man in 2004, I became obsessed by the life and career of James J. Braddock. This is the actual certificate presented to Braddock by the National Boxing Association [of America] after becoming Heavy Weight Champion of the World from 1935 to 1937. [The certificate was] purchased from the Braddock family via an agent.' Russell Crowe
