Japanese made in the Matsumoku factory, serial number 6050059 stamped to back plate, six black machine heads, gloss black body and neck, East Indian fretboard with pearloid block inlays, two single coil pickups and one humbucking Alembic pickup, silkscreened 'Westone' logo to headstock, locking nut and proprietary floating tremolo, one volume control, one tone control, five-way selector switch, original hard case with silver crushed velvet interior, acquired on 20 November 1986
