Designed as a line of three framed Roman bronze coins of Emperors Theodosius I and Gratian respectively spaced between curb links, the circular frame of each engraved on the reverse, two coins inscribed Cizico-Theodosius AUG. A.D.379-395, and one inscribed Roma-Gratianus AUG. A.D.367-383, gross weight approximately 46.97 grams, length approximately 185mm, signed Bulgari, Italian registration marks.
Accompanied by a Bulgari case.
