The final iteration of the small pre-war Rolls-Royce motor car, the 25/30 was introduced in 1936 with a 6 cylinder engine with a capacity of 4,257cc on a 132 inch wheelbase.  Produced until 1938 it was the first Rolls-Royce model built in the United Kingdom to use proprietary parts modified to Rolls-Royce specification.  All types of body were fitted to the 25/30 chassis with a multitude of coachbuilders to choose from in England.

This particular example was built by H.J. Mulliner using a Sedanca de Ville body style.  This car has been remarkably preserved in almost totally original condition with the only known restoration work being the renewal of the rear seat upholstery in the correct cloth and fashion after moth damage in the 1960s.

The renowned Praeclarum Magazine has asked the question, 'Is this the lowest mileage pre-war Rolls-Royce in the world?'  Careful inspection would indicate that this could possibly be the case with its condition fully supported by excellent provenance.
