The cuff set to the top with graduated claw-set cushion-cut sapphires and set to the side with a double rail of pavé-set round-cut sapphires, completed by a hinged mechanism and a diamond-set safety chain and clasp, the sapphires and diamonds together weighing approximately 69.08 carats 0.71 carat respectively, circumference approximately 150mm, stamped LS, maker's marks, weight 36.06 grams. Accompanied by a GIA report numbered 6177306338, dated 21 September 2015 stating that one of the sapphires is 9.27 carats, natural and heated, a Lorraine Schwartz certificate of authenticity dated 1 November 2018, Lorraine Schwartz receipt dated, 1 November 2018, and a Lorraine Schwartz box.
