Each surmount modelled as a flowerhead is collet-set with a rose-cut diamond surrounded by brilliant-cut diamond petals suspending a similarly set articulated connector and terminating in a diamond-capped Ethiopian opal drop, the diamonds together weighing approximately 0.46 carat, length approximately 31mm, post fittings.
