Designed as a stylised openwork Latin cross composed of two scrolling lines of pavé-set brilliant-cut diamonds to a similarly set bale completed by a double trace link chain accented by two rondels highlighted with diamonds, the diamonds together weighing approximately 3.20 carats, pendant length approximately 74mm, chain length approximately 420mm, signed Leo Pizzo, Italian maker's mark.
