Outstanding results were achieved at Sotheby’s Australia’s auction of Fine Asian, Australian & European Arts & Design sale in Melbourne. The impressive collection of carefully selected arts and design comprised of 295 lots of Asian ceramics, furniture and works of art, and a strong selection of Australian & European furniture, silver, paintings and works on paper. The sale achieved a total of $1,264,005 including buyer’s premium, or 68.5% by volume and 129.5% by value.
