A cavalcade of Asian art and sculpture will be sold at two auctions in Melbourne. The first sale is at a Leonard Joel on Monday, while at Sotheby's there will be important heritage silver alongside the Chinese and European art on October 24. The star of the show at Sotheby's is a comprehensive English silver table setting presented to soldier and Melbourne pioneer William Lonsdale, which is being offered by his descendants. It has a valuation of up to $1 million.
